Liked: The staff and the bed was comfy.
Disliked: There were no towels and we weren't informed of this in the booking. If we knew we would have brought some. But as we only stayed one night it wasn't dramatic.

Would Stay Again

Liked: The staff were amazing, really helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Towel hire of £1 was reasonable as was luggage storage for £1. Came for Comic Con at the Exhibition Centre, this was a 20-30 minute straight-forward walk away, also a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street Station. Bedroom was a decent size and clean with a decent bathroom. Travelled as a solo female and I felt safe the entire time I was here.
Disliked: Sound-proofing could be a bit better I guess but I don't go to a hostel expecting a perfect nights sleep

Disliked: I was put in a dorm with all men ,one was on drugs and the other men weed on the toilet seat and I sat on it ...they also left stains in the toilet ..

It was a short stay,...

Liked: Room was quite clean. Location was better than expected and bed was ordinary, standard bed and it was decent.
Disliked: they asked my full card information (including cvv code) in case of any damage which I found odd. they could instead just ask for a deposit payment which I offered (in cash) though they didn't accept.

Welcoming, safe, secure and pleasant.

Liked: The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I met some nice, interesting people there. The kitchen was very big. The hostel was in the centre of town. The showers were good.
Disliked: The bed wasn't very comfortable.There wasn't enough ventilation in the kitchen.
