Friendly and lovely hotel in...

Liked: served breakfast and a counter with extras like toast, juice, etc.nice staffinteresting buildingconnection to the restaurant is probably nice, but I didn't have the chance to try itloyalty program
Disliked: repeated messages on messenger for a few days after departureI think I was given the furthest room on the top floor again, lots of stairs :(

Excellent!

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay. Courteous reception staff, easy check in. Our room, 105, was lovely. Spacious, spotlessly clean including the bedding and towels. The tea and coffee facilities were excellent, the bottled water a nice touch.We had a drink in the bar and the staff were attentive and polite. We will definitely use the restaurant on our next visit. A great experience overall.
Disliked: We cannot think of anything except my partner has a fused ankle and struggles with the stairs. Our room was on the 1st floor so not a problem and I imagine we could request this on our next visit if there is not a lift. Honestly not a criticism.
