Very pleasant stay. Superb location.

Liked: Fast room service, professional and friendly waiter. The concierge folks were, cheerful, very helpful and accommodating.

Liked: The room was modern, comfortable and clean. The location is in central Wellington and close to museums, the wharf, shopping and eateries. Breakfast was nice with a good variety so that we did not tire of it eating there all week.
Disliked: We stayed a week and the room was never vacuumed

Liked: We have stayed on previous occasions and have always been impressed. This stay was no different in that everything was a joy. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The room is beautifully appointed and the bed and pillows are 'the best'! We thoroughly enjoyed 'The Lobby Lounge' and I can say the cheesecake is a work of art and tastes great too! We will be back.
