Liked: Our stay at this hotel was fantastic, and we highly recommend choosing a room with a palace view – it truly enhanced our experience and was worth the extra. The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore with close proximity to public transport, shops, and restaurants. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful personnel who made us feel welcome. The room itself was really well-equipped with everything we needed. We were particularly impressed with the spa facilities. As of March 2025, guests receive a fantastic benefit of 1 hour of complimentary spa access per day (including the arrival and departure days), which we took advantage of and greatly enjoyed. For those wishing for more spa time, the prices for additional use are very reasonable. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Liked: Room is very clean and spacious , Location is perfect .
Disliked: The lady at the check in was not nice , we didnt feel welcome . and the pillows are not comfortable at all , everything else is perfect such as cleanness , size of the room and location .
