Liked: This is how a luxury hotel should be. It has a great interior, quality, attention to detail, and service. The view from the restaurant and hotel room was spectacular. The food was great, and the experience with the lounge was a perfect package!

Liked: Room spacious, bed comfortable. Concierge and reception staff very attentive, helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Was completely ignored by greeting staff at Aster terrace bar - very arrogant and pretentious. If this bar is not intended for use by hotel residents, this should be made clearer.

Liked: The location and views were truly exceptional. The rooftop bar provided a breathtaking experience, and the staff were remarkably friendly and attentive, effectively addressing all our needs.
Disliked: While we appreciated the overall ambiance, we found the room to be smaller than anticipated, particularly the bathroom area. The design, which incorporates the toilet within the shower area, presented some challenges, particularly when multiple guests needed to use the facilities at the same time. Additionally, I believe that installing exhaust fans in the bathrooms would greatly enhance the overall comfort and ventilation.We also noticed that the room could benefit from improved lighting and the addition of sheer curtains. Given the proximity of surrounding buildings, privacy is a concern. When the curtains were closed, the limited lighting made it challenging to prepare for the day or evening, especially while using the large mirror.The prices of drinks and food were somewhat steep, especially considering that the offerings did not stand out as particularly special.

Wonderful experience at a first...

Liked: It was in a great location. Breakfast was excellent. Room large and comfortable very clean and good facilities
Disliked: I asked at reception if they could book a taxi to the airport on checkout and they forgot to do it. Luckily we were aided by the doorman who called one for us

Was so disappointed

Liked: The property was awful. For a five star hotel we paid $650 per night and had no coffee machine in the room and the bathroom was filthy. So upset and disappointed as it was my husbands birthday and we always stay at the Shang Ri La but we thought we would try it. It was awful
