Staff are unfailingly friendly, professional...

Liked: It is the best hotel breakfast I know. Rather expensive and perhaps produces a lot of waste. Staff are exceptional under pressure.

Fantastic stay in this beautiful...

Liked: Great location near Circular Quay. Well appointed room which was very comfortable and spacious. Excellent breakfast. Nice pool with spectacular view of harbour and opera house.
Disliked: Limited menu at ground floor bar.

A tad disappointed despite good...

Liked: Location and chance of a view over harbour were the principal reasons for choosing hotel.
Disliked: Disabled facilities were poor.Didn’t realize one had to pay extra for view!Air conditioning so noisy it sounded very similar to our washing machine on spin cycle. I had to turn it off.

An amazing stay but with...

Liked: Loved hotel but thought breakfast area was too small and chaotic. Food needs a slight improvement too. Disappointed being a guest of hotel we couldn’t have a drink at the Aster bar unless we spent minimum $40 each. Ridiculous! We requested a room with a double and 2 singles and told there’s no such room. This should be possible to do. Otherwise everything else was great.
