Excellent in every way

Liked: The location is quiet but still close to excellent restaurants and cafes and street shopping. Flat walk to the water and nice views from the rooftop.
Disliked: Having to leave.

Liked: Breakfast buffet was very good, lovely dining room and staff very attentive.The concierge is always lovely lady, a pleasure.
Disliked: Small annoyances where the hotel just doesn't quite cater for business customers...small but niggling. They wouldn't itemise charges for the breakfast or the valet parking on the tax invoice, kind of annoying. And no later check out either. They aren't major things but simple fixes, particularly the first point.The pillows in the beds are way too soft, hard to get a good sleep. And the bugger in the next room was snoring like a damn elephant. Can't blame the hotel for that I guess.

Liked: I had a few problems with the internet in 519. I also had problems getting the TV to work and had to ask the concierge twice for help. Once the TV was on for about 15mins and then just suddenly turned off. Another time is just wouldnt start. Now Isee I have written that in the wrong box.

Definitely going back to stay...

Liked: The staff were so friendly, attentive and kind. The was a mistake with our breakfast all coming out etc and they didn’t charge us at all. We know mistakes happen but that was very lovely.
