The staff was excellent and...

Liked: Close to Cleveland clinic and the shuttle came everyday
Disliked: The cost is really high when your already dealing with medical bills

Great stay!

Liked: Everything was perfect except for disability bathroom. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, great food and service.
Disliked: Toilet too low and slippery floor in bathroom.

So-so stay. Would consider other...

Liked: Location near Case Western Reserve University. Relatively comfortable room.
Disliked: Housekeeping did not pay attention to detail. Valet service was slow at times.

Nice stay

Liked: Friendly staff, convenient to Cleveland clinic and the shuttle so convenient. Nice variety on the breakfast buffet and food has been good. Valet is so nice and helpful.
Disliked: Our car had mud on the outside and on the inside floor driver side when they brought it to us . It is a new vehicle and was spotless when we gave over the keys when we arrived.
