Liked: Staff where amazing. good to deal with and helpful.
Disliked: 3.30pm check in is to late only thing I can say should be 2pm when spending $700 plus for one night.

A comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable...

Liked: I loved the spa service and the atrium for breakfast is lovely. The rooms were really comfortable and front desk were warm and welcoming.
Disliked: I enjoyed the pool but think there should be more sun chairs as there were more people drinking and making noise rather than relaxing at the pool. The pool area should be specific to those in their bathers enjoying the pool, not celebrating a birthday party.

Liked: Amazing location, pool is fantastic. Staff on check in were great, they were also very accommodating for my special requests which made a big difference on a one night stay.
Disliked: The price was my only concern, however, it was a special occasion so was willing to pay.

Disliked: Old rooms/facilities. Intercontinental meant to feel traditional so not expecting a modern feel but seemed a little underwhelming.
