Fabulous stay in Polanco area...

Liked: Excellent central location. Fabulously comfortable bed Superior customer service from all staff we encountered. Most especially the impeccable service we received on the Club Lounge. truly excellent service.
Disliked: Price was a bit steep but I feel that we got what we paid for.

Great location!

Liked: Great location, can't be better. Although more of a business-like hotel, it worked great with our three teenagers. Very clean, great service, nice restaurants, great breakfast! The airport van was awesome.
Disliked: Rooms a little bit outdated and smallish. The hotel couldn't accommodate us in contiguous rooms although we asked for it since the first booking.
