Liked: Nice property, good service, clean, great location
Disliked: Great location, good restaurants, clean property

Liked: the location was amazing and I loved the hotel and all the restaurants
Disliked: They didn’t clean our room until the afternoon and by then we were arriving in our room and wanted to get ready for dinner. So our room never got cleaned in 6 days but one time.

Excellent Location & Many Good...

Liked: The hotel is located on an excellent location, has 7 quality restaurants, and some rooms over great views (depending on what room and floor you pick). Cost benefit, this is my favorite hotel in Polanco or CDMX.The breakfast buffet is above average compared to the competition.
Disliked: The bathroom layout and space are not as good as most of the competitors. The gym also needs a bit more variety of basic equipments, such as a few kettlebells and new yoga mattresses.
