Liked: Location, staff is amazing (was always greeted and when I called instant service was always helped out), iconic views, & the restaurants.
Disliked: Nothing. 10/10 great hotel

Liked: The hotel is in a very location.
Disliked: The hotel does not have facilities for handicapped people. To go to breakfast you have to go down stairs and there is no other way to get there. When I asked them about it, they did not know what to answer. For a 5 star hotel, it is a serious mistake not to have these facilities.
