Liked: The staff is amazing! They go the extra mile in customer support. When we forgot one our kids bag they helped us out no questions asked! We will definitely come back when we will visit Perth again.

Friendly and helpful staff clean...

Liked: Everything was great except for the parking. My vehicle wouldn’t fit in the facility that they use due to hight restrictions which they don’t tell you about so we had to find parking elsewhere, we aren’t familiar with Perth so was a bit of a pain. We prepaid for parking in the booking package and was a little disappointed that we were not offered some sort of discount but everything else was fine.

Liked: Offered us late check-out free up until midday which was great. Room service was good and friendly stuff.
