Liked: Our fav hotel in Perth, always an excellent experience

Comfortable

Liked: Offered us late check-out free up until midday which was great. Room service was good and friendly stuff.

Disliked: the down lamp at the table, can't locate the switch and there isn't any signage to show the location of the switch.

A wonderful staycation

Liked: Modern and fresh. Staff were wonderful throughout stay.
Disliked: The valet parking area.. cars just sitting with no one in them at the valet parking. A lot of them Ubers we had to do a loop around the city to get access to the valet parking.

Liked: Property was in excellent condition and the staff was top notch. Although the drop off point is on the street and amidst traffic, and the carpark is some distance away, the valet service mitigated this inconvenience.
