Superb

Liked: Amazing location right next to Grand Central. Super safe area in NYC and perfect for business trips. The bar in the lobby was fantastic and they even played live jazz music which was a vibe.
Disliked: Didn't like that they gave you $30 vouchers every day use but it was difficult to use it since room service food ordering was way too overpriced. Also Gym was way too small with small equipment, so that was disappointing.

Liked: Very nice hotel with a warm and welcoming staff. The room wasn’t very clean when we arrived, and the neighbors were noisy, but the team promptly found a solution to address the noise issue. The breakfast was repetitive but very high quality.

Disliked: Checkin - not very personable or organizedOne front desk person, older male, was not ready to check us in and just left us in limbo. A guest that arrived well after us was annoyed when we went to the next available person because we had been waiting.
