Liked: Young guy at the front desk (supposedly a manager) was so rude for no reason. I was told to come in at 4 to see if my room was ready (we arrived at 1) Guy threatened to cancel my reservation multiple times, accused me of waving my hand in his face, said I was yelling at him- none of which were even remotely true. I’ve never felt so disrespected. Fortunately, an older manager stepped in and treated us so kindly and offered us complimentary breakfast and was very apologetic for the other guys rude behavior
