Liked: Just 1 or 2 people at the front desk was kind. Some of them with no service vocation.

Liked: This location was phenomenal. The staff were great, the room was above expectations and the amenities were so convenient. The bellman literally made it so easy for me. He was the best. The valet staff were also great. Only wish would be to have a fridge for personal items and not just a mini bar fridge. I had leftovers from restaurants and couldn’t refrigerate it.

The hotel needs huge upgrades...

Liked: Rooms are very outdated, with the price, I was expecting a more updated room. TVs are also old and don’t include apps like most hotels of this caliber.
