Disliked: I booked a room with two beds as I was staying with my adult son. I booked 6 weeks before our trip. After booking and paying with booking.com, I recd a message that you would ‘do your best to accommodate two rooms’. I wrote back to booking.com the same day to insist, and recd a response ‘well noted’. Unfortunately when I arrived at the hotel after a full day of traveling, there was no room with two beds. So they put us in a room with one bed and a sofa bed, which was uncomfortable. There is a disconnect between booking.com and the hotel, and it was clear from the staff that they deprioritize bookings made with booking.com, and do not take responsibility for them. If there was not a room with two beds when I booked, this should have been made clear to me and I would have booked in another hotel. I will not use booking.com again, and I will not stay in the intercontinental again.

Liked: We can't recommend this enough to anyone visiting Montreal. The hotel was perfect for our stay as every tourist attraction was at a walkable distance. The sunrise view from the hotel made it an unforgettable experience.

Perfect LOCATION to sightsee and...

Liked: The view from Room 2010 was FABULOUS! We could see the geodesic dome from Expo 67 and Habitat 67 from our panoramic window. The valet car service was great. The bath products were gorgeous Bal D’Afrique.Perfect location to sightsee and enjoy Old Montreal.
Disliked: The room was a little dark … one of the reading lights was broken. No complimentary breakfast. Most hotels in this price range off a complimentary breakfast.
