Disliked: couldn’t get food after a certain time…was too earlyI left some things in my room. I emailed as soon as I realised. Not even a confirmation of my email and that was 8 hours ago

No negatives at all

Liked: Very clean, wonderful facility, great staff, unbelievable shuttle driver.
Disliked: The coffee bar wasn’t open at 4:30 am when we left to get our flight the next morning. (Not really a negative- they open at 6:00)

Room, cleanliness, comfort, etc. all...

Liked: Beautiful room, comfortable bed, and excellent cleanliness. Bathroom and general facilities.
Disliked: At check in not much of a special or warm treatment. Even being IHG member. No ice machine available. No drinks in the fridge, no welcome drink or fruit, or complimentary water at the suite.

Disliked: TSA has entrance from hotel to airport was no longer in use. That is one of the main reasons I wanted to stay there. Should be noted in your ads

Liked: It was dark and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great.
Disliked: There was a rattling noise that woke me in the night. Maybe the HVAC?

Relaxing, comfortable hotel

Liked: Spacious, quiet rooms. Slept amazing. Loved the bathroom mood lights and espresso machine. The view was so pretty, left the curtains open to see the planes and the sunrise in the morning. The onsite breakfast place was delicious.
