Great experience overall! Housekeeping could...

Liked: The location and facilities are amazing. Staff very friendly in general.
Disliked: It was not super clean (there was hair in the floor and carpets) and the housekeeping is not what you would expect for this hotel. It was a real struggle to get a toilet paper roll and we were told that you have to ask for housekeeping.
