Very good indeed.

Liked: Staff service was simply superb. Attention to detail was excellent. I'd return for this reason—as well as for the comfort of the room, and the superb breakfast!
Disliked: The accommodation is getting a bit tired, now: especially the bathroom. Time for a comprehensive renovation.

Liked: Beautiful building! The location is perfect and the in-house restaurant and breakfast area is beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished.

Amazing buffet breakfast with so...

Liked: The best part was the amazing buffet breakfast. Location was good as we had a function nearby. Our “view” was the glass roof of the building so nothing to see, so that was disappointing.

Central city location and great...

Liked: The hotel staff were fantastic and the valet service was very good and efficient. The historic nature of the building is lovely. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: The hotel is looking very tired and worn particularly in the corridors. Dirty carpet and paint chipped walls didn't make for a feeling of 5 star.
