Liked: great location great facilities
Disliked: the transition of payment from booking.com to the hotel as upon arrival they took the room rate as part of the holding amount $1000 per room x 2 rooms as your portal hadn't put the funds through straight away and the rooms were paid that morning before we arrived that eveningVERY DISAPPOINTING

Disliked: We had no hot water in our room.,at 11 pm at night there was no one to help and again in the morning. At reception we were told there is nothing they could do as it’s a heritage building, really?!!
