Liked: Lovely room and comfortable bed
Disliked: A few items were broken like the hairdryer and not replaced, IHG Membership was not recongised, staff at receptionnot the most friendly, pool very dull for kids.

It was fine for three...

Liked: The location was excellent
Disliked: The gym was horrible and they never fixed the heater issue in our rooms. It was blazing hot. I called several times and they did not repair the issue
