Liked: Everything, room, all the employees were amazing, entertainment, the person in charge of getting the taxis was incredible nice, cleanliness, it was perfect.

Five-star service at an excellent...

Liked: Very friendly staff, great service and top location for both business and exploring the city. Beautiful views. And I recommend the massage at the spa!
Disliked: The hotel seems stuck in the past. Which has a certain charm, but at a price rate where one would expect a refurbished hotel with an updated interior and with amenities that have adapted to the needs of today's business traveller. To start with better connectivity (wifi, power outlets, ...).

Pleasant as expected but not...

Disliked: Unwilling to extend our stay in room for 1 more hour since we have late flight, & we arrived well after midnight the first night(there must be others also arriving late not necessarily everyone has to check in by 3pm

Amazing!

Liked: The location was amazing, but the service was even better! They created you every time, helped you get transportation, gave great dining and attractions advice. Victor at the Concierge really knows his stuff with fine dining! Definitely get his reccomendations. My wife and I enjoyed the fine wine and beer of Spain, and the bartending staff was incredibly knowledgeable with different wines and were incredibly friendly and quick with service. They really did treat us like family. We will be staying here again!
Disliked: The only negative was the size of the bathrooms and the gym equipment. The bathrooms can be tight with 2 people using simultaneously. Also, the shower is more accommodated to Spanish population. I'm a 6'3" 215lb American, shower was a tight squeeze. Also, the gym is small but has enough space. But of that space 80% of the equipment is cardio. Once again, catered to the Spanish way of working out, with a lot of cardio, but not much strength building.
