Disliked: Staff that could not find our reservation at midnight. Suggested we pay for a suite instead.

Lovely hotel

Liked: The location was central, the hotel was really beautifully restored and renovated. The concierge Laurane was really helpful and breakfast was excellent, best omelette I’ve ever had!
Disliked: The check in. I had asked for an early check in, which I was told was not possible but was guaranteed for 3pm, which did not happen and we had to wait additionally for just under an hour , quite a disappointing start.
