Liked: Nice rooms, confortable and with nice view.
Disliked: Unfortunately, once you step out of the hotel you don't feel safe not for yourself nor for your family members. The number of homeless people arround the area is increadabely high, you can not cross the street without being asked several times for money, help, etc. They are very insisting and security officers/ policemen they simply do nothing about it.

Liked: Spectacular view. Room was comfortable. Location was convenient to client's office and other facilities. Not too far from the Union Station by Lyft or metro.
Disliked: Room service was not performed. Front desk was understaffed. Place too busy and crowded - felt more touristy than business-like. Sit-down restaurants are way too expensive at the hotel and around the area - not sure one gets the value. Good everyday wine brands are charged outrageously by the glass. Poorly designed logistics going in and out of the hotel - one has to travel to the top of the building to take another and slower elevator to your room. Elevator system is too complicated and very unnerving when, God forbid, you think about getting stuck in it.

Liked: Location, view of the room, stone away from the shops, good restaurants, pharmacy and everything you need.friendly staffs and very accomodating.
Disliked: In room phone not working. But there’s a phone outside the room in d corridor which you can use to call in house request.

Liked: Very comfortable. Stunning views.
Disliked: Towels were very very cheap. There is no proper breakfast buffet. Although food in both restaurants is good, playing with the credits you receive each day is not very practical if you don’t want to spend extra dollars.
