Perfect hotel

Liked: Staff were very friendly and attentive, very clean hotel and an ideal location if you need a place to stay for shows at the o2
Disliked: Nothing, it really was a perfect stay!

Good location but deposit demanded...

Liked: Location for the O2 was great. Room was lovely with windows overlooking the river Thames. Staff seemed friendly. Lots of lifts. Didn’t use the facilities due to attending a concert but great if you are going to a concert at the O2 as they have a link tunnel to get you straight into the O2 and all undercover too.
Disliked: Taps in the bathroom looked dirty although the rest of the room was spotless. Bed not as comfortable as you would like for a luxury hotel. Asked to pay a £100 deposit which we did but was then told on checkout that it wouldn’t be refunded until 4 - 5 days after departure. Not informed of this prior to arrival. Don’t mind a deposit but it should be refunded end of same day. Also they wouldn’t give me a receipt for the deposit which made me feel uncomfortable. Better communication wouldn’t go a miss.

Really amazing, will definitely stay...

Liked: Close to the 02, amazing facilities, lovely staff, early check in which we were not expecting was a really lovely surprise with no extra charge, had my daughter with me who has autism and really helped so much that we could go to the room rather than wait around.
Disliked: The room unfortunately smelled when we first went in for a couple of hours of body odour, we were unable to open the windows but either we got used to it in the end or our deodorant spraying helped. It didn’t put us of the room though and we still enjoyed just didn’t smell good at first.

Fabulous hotel and perfect location

Liked: We stayed for the Ateez concert in this beautiful hotel. Wonderful, friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely clean and quiet rooms.Will definitely be staying again in the future

Disliked: Not comfortable. We didn’t sleep well because of noise of maintenance and installation work woke us up.
