Liked: - As per my request, I got a room that was far from the elevators with a nice view of Hyde Park.- Nice amenities in the room.- Staff are very kind.- Luggage storage after check-out.- Was able to check in early as my room was available already.
Disliked: - I stayed in one of the not yet renovated rooms, which was as requested, and fine and nice. However, one thing that was really bothersome was the acoustics. The doors are slamming wood on wood. This is an easy fix by adding some silicone and the doors wouldn't be slamming so much anymore. I was unlucky, on my floor some guy kept going in and out at 3 am and there was no chance not to wake up. I'd have understanding if it's some cheap hotel, but considering the rates at this hotel, it is entirely inacceptable.- Elevator's sometimes don't work...- I had asked for a late check-out the evening before my departure (by 2 hours later). The lady at the front desk had confirmed it to me. The next time, I had twice someone knock on my door to check-out. Not very well organized.

Excellently managed hotel. Top standard

Liked: The staff are excellent and go out of their way to be extremely courteous. Breakfast is really good. Fast and efficient service, The bed was very comfortable and the location is within walking distance to Harrods and on Park Lane, close to the fabulous car showrooms. Buckingham palace is a short walk too.
