Liked: Excellent Location, Excellent Breakfast, very Friendly StaffI am very happy with this stay, the hotel location is excellent, Buckingham Place is in a walking distance( about 15 minutes by walking), Hyde park, James park, all very close; Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben all in a half hour walking distance. British Museum is not far also. I am specially very happy for the breakfast! Even I have tried many breakfasts with a big choices, this one is my favorite. The choice is not big, but each one is delicious! The staff is very friendly and effective also, they replied email first, and provide their services when they can, for example, they allowed an early check and a free kid bed.The hotel is clean and beautiful, the bathroom is very elegant but a little old fashioned.

Disliked: The room was not 27m as indicated by you. Bathroom tiny. The hotel charges 5% service fee now. No one told me and it is not indicated anywhere. I discovered it in my bill myself when checked out. Optional but still. This is something new and at least you and the hotel should tell people in advance.
