Liked: Everything was wonderful, except the bed was too firm.

Liked: All the staff was so nice. The convenience of the restaurant and coffee shop was very nice.

Liked: Close to our destination. Good view from balcony. Beds were decent. Most of the staff was nice and helpful.
Disliked: First room not ready and moved to a different room which wasn't fully ready. Tub didn't drain. No trash bags in room. Breakfast vouchers were a problem. Breakfast buffet was very small for the price. Most of the experience was overpriced for what was received.
