Great hotel, Great location, missed...

Liked: Location amazing, hotel reception great and breakfast too !
Disliked: Could not activate the heating in the room, standing lamp was not in great condition and battled to turn off and on and asked for an adaptor for a charger - took 3 phone calls and an hour and a half to get it delivered to a room (for a 5 star hotel that's not great service)

Disliked: I was given a room on the 4th floor where the water in the bathroom was lukewarm and trickled out of the tap. My room was changed but it shouldnt have been that way in the first place.

Liked: Very comfortable hotel in a great location in the city centre. Good breakfast. Room nicely appointed. Staff welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: I know that I booked the smallest room type, but it really was very small for 2 people. No overhead light so hard to see. Nowhere to put toilet bag in bathroom - a small shelf would have been helpful. Better quality hairdryer would also have been appreciated.
