Disappointing

Liked: Everything was very good except our bedroom
Disliked: The bedroom was very small.and narrow . The width was 8 deet , 2m 40 . Just enough room to get out of the bed on each side. Also it was dark, no overhead lights . The bathroom was small.The room was not what I expected for a 5 star hotel with 5 star prices

In the heart of Bordeaux.

Liked: The hotel was centrally located, exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and provided great customer service. We especially loved the terrace attached to our room. All in perfect place.
