Exceptional

Liked: Wonderful hotel; all staff were simply outstanding. I can't say enough about them, even those "behind the scenes" in booking whom I myself did not talk to. The physical building is stunning.

Disappointing

Liked: Everything was very good except our bedroom
Disliked: The bedroom was very small.and narrow . The width was 8 deet , 2m 40 . Just enough room to get out of the bed on each side. Also it was dark, no overhead lights . The bathroom was small.The room was not what I expected for a 5 star hotel with 5 star prices
