Disliked: For 5* $550 room we had to fill a water bottle on our floor? Never had that before.There was an extra single bed in the room for some reason. The toilet door wouldn’t open fully.The restaurant food was flavourless and overpriced to my opinion.

Liked: Location was good. Rooms are amazing - third visit and still as good as the first.
Disliked: The valet parking is a bit tricky - need more space to park - only enough room for one car at a time.

Convenient hotel because it is...

Liked: The hotel is close to the harbor and all the shops and restaurants. The buffet breakfast had a lovely variety of food. The friendliness of the staff.
Disliked: I could not sleep because of the noise that I could hear in the early hours of the morning of people in the street. Shouting and having a party that disturbed my sleep. My friend joined me for breakfast and I needed to pay 35NZD for his parking for an hour that was very expensive
