Beautiful property and AMAZING staff!!

Liked: Last minute booking due to Hurricane Milton. I had a change to my booking and the Front Desk Manager stepped up BIG time and went above and beyond to assist me with issues I had in dealing with Booking.com.. Additionally, the front desk staff was warm and friendly. Great location to MIA and Port Miami. I will definitely use this property in the future. I must say that I've travelled alot, but the staff at this property really went above and beyond to assist me during the stress of a hurricane.
Disliked: Had no issues with the property.

A fantastic Stay at Intercontinental...

Liked: The rooms at the venue were spacy & comfortable with a good TV, free efficient WIFI. The bathroom in the room was clean and light. My room was serviced every day. The property is close to Local Bars, Walmart & fast food if you choose, although the bar and Restaurant at the hotel are both exceptional.
Disliked: The only thing I would have liked was my own hotel laundry room, instead of having to get my clothes laundered by a third party.
