Disliked: Bar is very tiny and only opens late. Weird. Restaurant was closed - no idea why. We were tired and looked forward to eating in.

Mainz a really nice little...

Liked: We love this hotel because is near the train station. Is a really big room with all the amenities. The city is amazing. Is little but is a really nice city. Walk across the city is really nice in the evening.
Disliked: That the window dont have blind for the sun. Maybe i change this part of the window.. And we saw that have only one person attending in the nigth then is more slow the attention.

Liked: Good location and friendly barman.
Disliked: I made a request per email and on the phone to pay for our room and another guest room 3 days before we stayed at the hotel. The email was not replied to and I was told on the phone that the hotel has 48 hours to answer my email which was never replied to. The request was completely ignored. The guest who arrived before us was asked upon check-in to pay for their room (to their surprise, since they believed it had already been settled). When I arrived at the hotel, I talked to the receptionist and manager about it and was simply told they were not informed. No apologies were made. Moreover, there was no iron and board in the room. I had to take them from the reception and bring them back. How inconvenient from a 4-star hotel!
