Pleasant stay, but better communication...

Liked: Comfortable and very quiet room, despite facing the central station. The staff managed to fulfill my room requests. Overall, good value for money.
Disliked: No info, verbal or written, that the breakfast (for an extra fee in my case) was cancelled on December 23 and 24.

Hotel was a good choice...

Liked: Nicely located next to the train station and ideal to explore the city. In our case we lived that the AIDA drop off for luggage was right in front of the hotel and that walking distance to the cruise ship was only 20 Minutes away. Friendly staff. Had view to the harbour
