Nuce hotel in questionable area

Liked: Clean and modern, bed, bath, large towels, friendly staff
Disliked: Location not in a desirable area, bathroom rather small, outrageous price for breakfast (walk left out of hotel and go to one of the many bakeries for a fraction of the $).
