Liked: Fabulous breakfast. Great host. Good access to Instow and facilities, coast path and local bus service. Lovely quiet location. Even after a wet walk, we were able to dry ourselves and our kit off and enjoy cake and tea.

Liked: This was quite possibly the best B&B I have stayed atFrom the warm welcome to the spacious and attractive room it was super.Now let's get to the breakfast. THE best granola and pastries and a great choice of cooked dishes. Fresh fruit, yogurt, juices... It sets you up for the whole day.The setting is beautiful - quiet with great views. Highly recommended

Liked: The room was huge and very comfortable and nicely decorated. The water was hot and bed comfy. Breakfast very good. Great location. Lady was very pleasant . Would be good to have a sign that says park here for Instow Barton :)
