Liked: The room was huge and very comfortable and nicely decorated. The water was hot and bed comfy. Breakfast very good. Great location. Lady was very pleasant . Would be good to have a sign that says park here for Instow Barton :)
Disliked: It was a tad cold in the room

Disliked: Location a little out of the centre of Instow up a dark lane.

A wonderful find just behind...

Liked: Excellent freshly cooked breakfast with every attention paid to detail including homemade produce.Really large comfortable beds and lovely bedding. Tea and homemade cake and fresh milk provided in rooms. Great bathroom with a bath too! Short walk down hill into Instow so no worries about parking. Friendly interesting couple who really care about their guests.
