Good and decent hotel. Nice...

Liked: The room was clean but much smaller than I expected.
Disliked: Needed more space. Too small. That wasn’t obvious from the photos.

Disliked: Breakfast was boring .check in was non emotional and the guy didn't even help me with my 3 bags

Good enough for one night

Liked: The room was comfortable and they had someone 24/7 at reception.
Disliked: The room had a door connecting it to another room where a family was being very loud until about 2am, insulation was extremely poor and the door was a bit creepy (you could open on both ends but you can also lock it on both ends).Breakfast was a disaster. Only stale sweets and nothing else, all with infinite amounts of sugar, even the "low fat" yoghurt. I know this is the normal stuff you get in the US but I was hoping, since this place is in the middle of a huge Chinatown, that we would at least have certain Chinese options for breakfast that wouldn't be just sugary bread covered in sugar and sugary drinks with sugary snacks.

Liked: Staff was ok, nice and profissional, very helpfull and the hotel is situated near a metro station 5m walking with direct line to Times Square or Central Park. Good for a short stay, 3 to 5 nights.
