Busy at the Jaarbeurs, but...

Liked: After arriving (by delayed train). I had a quick checking experience. I've been here before and the hotel was still perfectly situation for people who come for "Spellenspektakel" in the Jaarbeurs.The pool and sauna were also relaxing again, although slightly more busy than usual. The fridge in my room found a lot of use since it allowed me to go to a nearby grocery store instead of eating out every night.
Disliked: Too many people fail to use towels in the sauna. They drip their sweat straight onto the benches.I also found two bottles in a towel cupboard near the pool even though glass was prohibited in the area.I would like to see staff keeping an eye on things to make sure rules are adhered to. Unfortunately, most of the lockers near the pool did not work. I even had to call reception once to have them unlock my locker to get my clothes and room card back.

Disliked: Due to the location next to Utrecht Centraal it is advised to bring earplugs
