Liked: It does not look well equipped as for its prices and number of stars it should be. The furniture is very poor and the room was quiet dirty, especially the windows. As frequent traveller, I found shocking the lack of shower products they had. Only one soap of poor quality and no conditioner, beside no slippers and no bathrobe. The kind lights of the bathroom are also not the most appropriate.

Liked: Did a solo trip here for a few days - can't recommend the hotel enough, so nice! The facilities were amazing and often quiet, lovely saunas and pool/ The staff were very friendly and helpful with a great location away from the main city centre

Liked: Hello, We booked a room at the Inntel hotels Amsterdam Landmark from the 17th of march to the 20th for my girlfriend birthday on Booking. In the 19th of march the day of her birthday a bag was stolen in our room while we were outside. We directly went to warn the manager of the hotel that let us know that he couldn’t do anything and waited till the 20th the day of our check out to talk to the day manager. She left us her contact and told us that she couldn’t do anything before us to leave because we had our train couple hours later so we conclude to resolve this crazy situation by mail. Well, we exchanged couple mail and now she left us with no answers since over a week. We were wondering if you could do anything or if you had any contact of the director of the establishment.
