Liked: Breakfast was excellent and the location could not have been better.
Disliked: The room lighting could have been better. And the pillows were far too soft.

Disliked: For the price I paid I would have expected more. Inntel Rotterdam and Zaandam are much better

Fantastic customer service, would stay...

Liked: Location was perfect 5 min walk from the train station, we were able to check in early and the staff were so helpful. Rowen I think was his name working on the front desk, recommended restaurants and bars, plus looked up directions, nothing seemed to much trouble which is quite rare to find now days!
Disliked: We did move the beds a bit further apart as was a twin room with a very small gap between the beds, but I couldn’t fault anything else

Liked: Most staff are very helpful and location is perfect
Disliked: I paid over €800 euros for two nights in a suit with sauna and large bath when I arrived I was greeted by an industrial machine in my room unsure what it was I phoned reception who apologised and said the cleaner must have left it by accident I asked if it was a heater they explained it was to remove bad smells I also pointed out that as this was a special surprise birthday gift the room I booked had a sauna and in the photos it looked like it would fit more than one person they apologised stating All saunas in the room are the same that night myself and my partner woke up with a horrible smell of Canabis, Let me clarify my expectations giving the fact it is Amsterdam I expected the smell but this is was like being in a cafe. The next morning I reported it to the reception who gave us the options of a room change or allowing the cleaners another chance to deodorise the room however if we were to move room we would need to check out taking our luggage and check back in once the room was ready on this day we had 3 Museums booked and carrying our luggage around was not an option so to avoid disruption we opted to have the room deodorised when we returned around 11pm that night the room was as bad as the night before I called reception and got a room change and the room we moved to was the one from the photo when I booked it with a sauna big enough to fit two people I felt scammed and embarrassed Infront of my other half. Be aware when booking suits they like to palm folk off with what ever they will accept
