Nice quiet hotel, friendly staff,...

Liked: Beds were excellent. Good breakfast, very nice staff. Quiet room (we asked for a quiet side of the hotel). Staff spoke Spanish which was great for my parents-in-law.
Disliked: Room decor somewhat strange... Dark gray walls in the room, and dark brown walls in the bathroom made it feel somewhat like a prison ;) But still decent.

Overall great stay, would recommend.

Liked: Staff and location were definitely the highlight.
Disliked: Not many hot options for vegans/vegetarians at breakfast like continental breakfast; hash browns, beans, grilled tomato…

Liked: The customer service was great. They were friendly, accommodating, and eager to please. The room and bed were nice and comfortable. There was a nice bath tub. The breakfast was above average.
Disliked: The air conditioning did not work well (it was set to eco mode with a minimum temperature of 25, little output, and not adjustable) and there was no ventilation in the bathroom so it got pretty stuffy. I had to open the window and prop open the door to get some ventilation, especially after a shower or bath.

Disliked: Matress and pillows were not comfortable too soft for my preference.

Liked: The hotel was really well located, 15 mins walk from the Train station and 15 minutes from all the attractions in the old town. It was in a calm part of Prague, away from the crowds but close to everything. The room was super comfortable and excellent for a weekend stay.

Liked: Clean hotel. The lady behind reception was so friendly and helpful. She really made the stay fantastic.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t included. We paid extra and it was worth the money

Liked: It was modern clean and comfortable. Polite and informative staff. Good for weekend breaks.
Disliked: Location is slightly outside old town. The breakfast has no labels on food items.
