Liked: Lovely Hotel Staff cannot fault them at all
Disliked: It was nice but the parking for ncp could be been explained a lot better as there is several exits to and from the ncp car park and on leaving we went into the main one next to the hotel which was occupied by 4/5 homeless people drinking and this was really off putting especially if i was alone , we didn’t get the voucher for the discount rate from hotel reception as we did fast checkout as the guests waiting to check in was a fair amount so left it as we had a flight to catch . The breakfast wasn’t that great i had to wait a good 5/6 mins as there was no bacon and by the time it came out the food on my plate had gone cold . We didn’t see the sign that was hidden away behind the hot food which was saying if you wanted porridge etc to ask the staff surely this should be mentioned when you come to sit down for breakfast/seated not when i have hot food on my plate

Liked: All media hotels that I’ve stayed in are really nice fresh bright and a pleasure to stay
Disliked: The choice of food in the restaurant

Lovely stay for two days...

Liked: Great view of the river. Clean and modern. The sky bar view was lovely. Great breakfast.
Disliked: Sometimes the lifts were slow to arrive and once the room key failed and the lift wouldn’t work so had to visit reception to get key reset.
