A FRIENDLY HOTEL IN FRANKFURT.

Liked: The hotel is well-located and well-connected to other parts of the city. The room was clean, pleasant, spacious, comfortably furnished, and quiet. The bedding was very nice, although I had to remove the hot plastic mattress protector from under the bedsheet. Breakfast was tasty, and the hotel staff were friendly. There are several restaurants with nice food nearby, as well as a market and a large drugstore. I can recommend this hotel.
Disliked: I have no complaints except for the plastic mattress protector under the bedsheet.

Liked: The size of the room is amazing for the price.
Disliked: We stay here quite often, and have always enjoyed our stay. The last time however we were a little bit surprised to be told by the man at reception that there were no double beds available so therefore we would just have to push the beds together. When we asked if that could be done for us and made into a double,the reply was, No, without an apology or a reason why.
