Love innnseason resort, but get...

Liked: I love the location and the size of the rooms, it makes it very convenient to go do activities close to the beach. The room size just makes everything super comfortable being able to spread out within the room. The hot tub in the room was also very amazing!! The best part, in my opinion. We've stayed many times and love the property!
Disliked: After arriving to hotel I realized there were a few guests that had dogs with them. One lady was outside walking her pomeranian, and another had a pittbull mix with her. So being as I have many health issues, I do have a certified ESA. With official documentation from my treating doctor stating I need him, especially when I travel. When I asked about this at the front desk, if I was able to bring him, I was told the hotel isn't pet friendly and only certified through the state service animals were allowed on property. However, I was under the impression law states that I can not be turned away with my documentation. And I'm sorry, but the pomeranian I saw was not a service animal, and even if it was, it did not have proper identification on it. IE service vest indicating it is a service animal working. So I felt put off and a little angry about that but chose not to argue the point as I was only there for a day longer. Would love if some clarification could be made in the welcome packets and that it would be uniform for all guests. Also maintenance men were all over the property at all hours, in and out if the rooms around us, I don't know if something was amis or needed repair at 10pm, we just found it odd it was an all weekend thing with the guys in golf carts Lol. They seemed polite enough. Just there was a lot of zooming back and forth in carts all weekend.

Liked: My daughters loved the indoor pool, the location of the property was great.
Disliked: While I fully understand the goal to be extremely clean and sanitary, the pool chemicals were intense and whatever cleaning agents were used in our room were equally harsh. I had to go to Walgreens to get benedryl to be able to stay in the room. If my girls had the same reaction that I did, (headache, itchy watery swollen eyes, sore throat, stuffed up head etc) we would have checked out that next morning. Since I’m the only one who had a physical reaction like that, and my girls loved to be in the pool, I just stocked up on meds and tissues and “sucked it up”. The staff was very friendly, check in and check out were easy, the room we had was large and well appointed, but I unfortunately will not book here again.

They could have done alot...

Liked: I liked the big tub, full kitchen set up , size of the room, clean & organized .
Disliked: I was put at the second to last room on the second floor on the top of the hill, Too much snow , too much ice and too many hanging icicles hanging over my car, Ice on all the stairs. And parking lot . Making it terrible to unload the car and get into our room. Too noisey on both sides of our room, One side a child humming loud 24/7 and the other side people fighting all hours of the night. Wr came to rest and got NON at all. We were way too far from pool & recreation center. Very dissapointed with the location of our roomc especially because I told the office person I had a colapsed foot and was still put in a second floor unitl . The stairs were hard enough then not cleaning off the ice , Not acceptable . My room telephone was called twice to remind us when we were checking out ! I was in the tub , it bothered my quiet rest time. I know when Im comming and going I dont need to be reminded, Most first floor units were available. Very dissapointed !!!

Love this place, will stay...

Liked: This was our 3rd time staying here. I like the location, the room is very nice. Will be staying here again.
Disliked: Because it was so cold/snow and ice on the ground, I wanted to use the fitness room but it didn’t open until 9am
