Appreciated the location, space, amenities...

Liked: I loved the location of the room. Could see the sunset. Loved the pool sauna and outdoor hot tub. Appreciated Kylie and Nova’s warm welcome and help
Disliked: Arrived to find caked tomato sauce on handles of sink, debris in the drain, dirty dishes caked with food in the dishwasher, then when they said they would come take care of it came back to find junk left in the sink and drain and the same caked pan in the dishwasher. The third time running dishwasher still caked. They never said sorry or bothered to even empty a trash can while there. Was surprised anddisappointed as it was meant to feel like a pampering well earned retreat. In addition I went to sit on a dining room seat anf a nail came through into the back of my leg. I told them and they did switch the seat but again no apology. Just felt like my patronage didn't really matter to them.
