Liked: Very clean and I felt safe.
Disliked: Room 4 next to the front door is noisy and the vibration from the door banging kept me awake for hours,even with the earplugs. The bed should be on another wall or some insulation e g large padded headboard.

Liked: Location, this property was perfect for just about anything in Brighton.
Disliked: The stairs, I was traveling internationally so had heavy bags, the stairs were very tight but people offered to help (might have been staff) which really makes this negative a positive.

Clarify where the room is

Liked: - the room was big- tea and coffee maker
Disliked: The room was located in the basement with no air ventilation. The only window goes out to the pavement level and obviously couldnt have stayed opened. The doors were broken. You had to force it to open or close it, and they had a hole where the lock should be. There is no reception at the place, despite it was described as such. You need to call the staff.I got 50% refund for this stay and I think it was a fair trade for what we’ve got in this place.

Liked: The room was clean and comfy. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: My last night in my room, i could hear alot of noise. And, it sounded like someone was banging with a hammer

Liked: the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the service was great.
Disliked: I was quite surprised upon arrival to find that my room was in the basement. This was not mentioned as a possibility when I booked, as I was only given the option to choose between a sea view or no view. I feel this is something that should have been made clear during the booking process, as it affected my experience.

Disliked: The only staff I met was a plumber - would be better to see a human.I was on the top floor with a huge suitcase. Carrying 30kg up 3 flights of narrow stairs was an issue. If I'd known there was no lift, I wouldn't have booked.The doors all had key codes, no actual keys or cards. I feel more secure as a solo traveller if I can actually lock the door and know it's secure.
