Pleasant

Liked: Great location, excellent customer service - very responsive to messages, decor was modern (though the pictures are deceptive), quiet, nice to have a door to a small outside area, the room included iron, hair dryer, kettle etc, the shower was powerful and hot.
Disliked: The room was expensive for what it was and the pictures made it look light and airy, which it was not. The mattress was rock sold and we both woke up with sore neck/back.

A brilliant stay in Brighton

Liked: What a lovely stay in Brighton! I had such an excellent time staying in this hotel. For the cost I paid, this place could have arguably been worth two to three times more. It is just a stone's throw away from the sea front, offered us great motorcycle parking just up the road, and even has a podcasting room for YouTube and other social media. My bed was comfy, clean, and accommodating. Wi-Fi speeds were good and I didn't have any problems connecting with anyone on the internet. Furthermore, it is very close to shopping and other centrally located landmarks in Brighton, including the pier.
Disliked: I really really can't fault this place for anything. The only thing I could complain about was the smell that came from a shower drain, which is anyone's guess. However, this did not affect my stay and I still had a great time.

Liked: We just stayed 1 night as we had come to see ‘Squeeze’ at the Brighton Centre. The location was really good and central to the main centre. It was also pretty quiet at night
Disliked: The bed was on a futon-style wooden slatted board which extended both sides of the mattress. This made it a challenge to get in or out of bed without knocking your legs against the wood slats and is the last thing you want to have to think about when wanting to get into bed or getting out to go to the bathroom. The fridge is so small you can’t even get a 75cl bottle in it and had to be moved forward to get to the power point to plug in the coffee machine. There were no instructions for how to use it so we tried to figure it out ourselves . We turned it on and it just overflowed and made cold coffee which was unpleasant! The TV didn’t connect and neither did the wifi which was really annoying. The room was expensive for what it was and unfortunately we wouldn’t come back. Nor would we recommend anyone else to. ..

Liked: The area the property was in was nice, and the staff was friendly and made it very easy to get early check in or late check out, suits the price
Disliked: Bathrooms stank a little, there was no bin in the room and no real storage, bed kept shifting

Great find for overnight in...

Liked: compact room but well thought out and had everything we needed. Clean room and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Check in available at 3.30pm was late. Though I was offered early check in at 1.00pm for £18 extra.
