Liked: Perfect location. Lovely hotel. Seamless, helpful and welcoming check in. The staff from the reception desk to the bar staff made the stay - they were all so helpful and friendly. Bed was a little uncomfortable & we did get some noise from the room above us but that wouldn’t stop us returning.

Staff are wonderful.

Liked: The service was excellent.
Disliked: My desert was not good. I only had a mouthful. The staff were very astute and did not charge me, even though it was a preference issue.

Relaxing

Liked: Love the hotel, nice clean room, comfy bed. Great facilities and lovely breakfast.However, location of room not ideal this time as was near the stairs so could hear people on the corridor a lot.
