Liked: THE BREAKFAST WAS INCREDIBLE!!!!THE PEOPLES ON DESK ,OR IN THE RESTAURANT ARE JUST EXCELENT!!!!

It was a great stay...

Liked: The room and facility is very nice, we did not get to dine there this trip.
Disliked: The shower did not have higher pressure and the hot water did not get hot enough for my wife.

Did not match our expectations...

Liked: The hotel is pretty, the staff are friendly, parking was easy. We were visiting family, so we did not take any meals at the hotel to be able to rate those.
Disliked: We were located in a room overlooking the main indoor lobby (with a window). The room was not well insulated and we could hear our neighbors in the room next door as well as conversations from the lobby throughout the night. The bathroom did not have a ventilation fan. Especially due to the noise, we did not feel that the value was worth the cost we paid for the room.

Liked: Everyone friendly, always felt safe. Plenty of space to move around in room.
Disliked: Sports bar not open on Monday. I like having a self contained stop that delivers everything you need! Too bad it doesn’t count on Monday

Would stay again, but they...

Liked: The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. The lobby is very nice as was the room. The bathroom was a bit of a negative. The vanity looked newer, but they really need to do a better cleaning job, and the toilet should be replaced. There was dust/dirt around the baseboards and corners. (Room 302). The room was large, and beds were good with nice linens and towels in the bathroom. The other area that needed more cleaning was the elevator. It looked like hallways had been recently painted, but the elevator was neglected. I would have given them a very good/excellent if not for the bathroom and one front desk person. We arrived early around 11:30…knew we couldn’t check in, but wanted a little information. The clerk on duty was “Ashley” who really shouldn’t be in a position of dealing with customers. She had no personality, and acted put out because we asked questions. Everyone else was very nice. The Chophouse is no longer open, but the lounge was. We had a cocktail there. Breakfast was not included, but was moderately priced, and very good.
Disliked: Ashley at front desk and bathroom.
