A nice stop off

Liked: Lovely big rooms. Nicely decorated and warm. Staff were lovely. Food was good
Disliked: Shower was a little under pressure.

Super room, staff and breakfast,...

Liked: I had a really beautiful and quiet room. Big desk with comfortable chair and a big friendly anglepoise - how often do you get a quality workspace in a hotel? I was really happy. I was in room on my own with my to do list - not a romantic weekend.
Disliked: The style and comfort of the furnishings, the friendly staff didn't go with the music. I don't know what music would have been better but guests seemed to want to talk and relax, or have quiet meal so the heavy beat didn't fit. My friend had a room over the bar and music stopped at 11pm. I was lucky in having a super quiet room as I like to sleep before 11pm.

Friendly staff , nice spacious...

Liked: Nice clean spacious room. Had dinner with friends, while not cheap was very good with excellent service. Special mention for lady who not sure if she is the manager, but her service and empathy towards customers was absolutely top notch, she left us feeling very welcome as we were leaving.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Lovely staff, friendly, helpful, attentive.Easy walk into Godalming.Love the ‘order off the menu ‘ breakfast as opposed to the normal ‘ buffet’ sitting there looking meh! It was delicious too.Very nice evening meal, reasonably priced.Good parking.Comfy beds.
Disliked: Restaurant was a little chilly.Got woken by bins being emptied at 5.40am
