We will never stay in...

Liked: It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the house was in the perfect location/walking distance to the bars/restaurants.
Disliked: We stayed there for Valentine’s night and when we got there, our parking space was given away to another guest because they had two cars when they arrived (guests only have one parking spot per room). Then we were told that there were no eggs so they’d only be making pancakes in the morning (even though later on we saw a dozen eggs in the fridge). Then, once they found us a parking spot, when we tried to get in it, a man with a big truck with a trailer attached to it, pulled in and blocked the spot. When we asked him to please move because he was blocking the spot we were told to park in, he said NO and then walked into the house and began a friendly conversation with both women running the house. It was clear they knew him. We asked them to ask him to move his truck, and we were ignored. Then we make it to our room and even though when we booked it, we requested and paid for a room with a king size bed, we were given the only room out of the 7 rooms in the house that had two double beds. When we complained, the woman said, “we’re fully booked, what do you want me to do?” we said, “give us the room we requested and paid for” and she said no and then walked out of the room.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable, close to all attractions, excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Wifi was a little troubling, had to do a zoom call and connecting was a problem

Liked: Everything about this property is wonderful! The location is great, right on the Main Street and only a few blocks from the beach. The hosts make you feel so welcome. The quirky decor is so cute. The breakfast is so good! The beds are very comfy. I could go on an on…..
Disliked: I loved everything!

Excellent Hospitality and Location!!

Liked: Fantastic location for the monthly wine walk. Situated in the center of all the boutiques, restaurants and bars. We chose the Flamingo room which was a great size with a door that opened directly onto the shared balcony overlooking the Flagler Ave.Our hosts were super accommodating and breakfast was delicious!We will definitely stay here again!!

Liked: We had a quick but most excellent stay at Inn on the Avenue. The hospitality was OVER THE TOP. I cant wait to go back! I absolutely loved the breakfast and the experience of our own built in griddle on the kitchen table!! They are the hostesses with the mostesses! Very comfortable and perfect location!!!
