Liked: One again a whole lot to say this is such a romantic,clean place quiet that I ever stayed in. This is why I keep repeating it me and my fiancé LOVE IT.

Liked: I liked the fireplace and the balcony although the balcony was very small I expected to be able to sit outside! A little disappointed ☹️ but the room was nice enough
Disliked: The hostess at the restaurant was rude. I went downstairs and asked about the 3 course meal. I said I’m staying here and asked if it was available. She said yes and later my boyfriend decided to eat dinner because of the 3 course meal. After being seated we were told it wasn’t available. I went to ask the hostess why they told me it was available if it wasn’t. The hostess lied 🤥 and told me that not what the other hostess said. All they had to say is it’s not available!! It was my birthday weekend present to myself to get away from the city and relax 😎. It was extremely insulting and rude to be lied 🤥 to and then accused of lying 🤥. I will never 👎 eat at that restaurant or recommend it. Maybe 🤔 the hostesses should take a class on hospitality!! The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful and thank god they were there because we didn’t know that there was not a front desk!!

Liked: Beautiful Inn. Room and bathroom were great.
Disliked: Our room faced Main st which was noisy. If we had a room in the back of the Inn I’m sure it would have been quiet. We heard all the trucks and cars going by. We also heard the footsteps of people above us.

Very disappointed

Liked: The location is close to my son and his family and it is a great location for my husband and I to stay when visiting. The staff member who came to try to repair the toilet was very pleasant the upper management denied his request to move our room.
Disliked: The upper management had poor customer service. We had stayed here before and loved it but this time we had a non functioning toilet. Also we had a much more down graded room. A staff member had to come twice to repair and it continued to leak the entire stay. The staff member wanted to change our room due to inconvenience but upper management denied his request. Instead, they gave us temporary access to a toilet in another room while he attempted to repair but would not allow us to move to it. Toilet leaked onto floor after attempts to fix during the entire stay. It has been said that the best way to judge a company is how they respond when there is a problem. The response from this company management was unacceptable. One other thing that I didn’t like was they have a sign in the elevator “Only registered guests allowed in rooms. Hotel may evict without refund.” I think that tells you all you need to know about the level of Customer Service of this management team.

Beautiful place!

Liked: Everything about our stay was amazing! Beautiful room, fire place was amazing and restaurant downstairs was absolutely delicious! Had a little trouble with our fireplace, called the help number and someone was at our door within 3 mins to help! Will definitely be returning!
Disliked: Floors were a bit loud above us but were never a problem!!!
