Front desk very helpful; maids were very nice; late check out was a must.

Disliked: The huge gap at the bottom of our door. The lack of blackout curtains over the windows. The A/C should also be closer to the bed. The channel selections on TV sucked. There was nothing to watch. Also, the parking - so tight and crowded!

The room was ready for us when we got there. Checking in was a breeze. The lady working the desk was super nice, as were the rest of the staff we crossed paths with during our stay. The entire hotel was extremely clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Nothing was bad - just a suggestion. Have more allergen friendly foods available at the continental breakfast for people who have food allergies (i.e.: offer dairy free, soy free, gluten free options).

I was not very happy with my stay. It was very small and loud in the hotel. The microwave beeped every 30 minutes so we needed to unplug it. For how expensive it was I was expecting much more. I would not recommend this hotel. Pay the $50 more and go to the Hyatt.

Liked: The room was very pleasant and comfortable, it was nice to have the little fridge and microwave and coffee station.It was a great location, close to the event we were in town for. The recommendations for breakfast places came in handy! The little park nearby was part of a lovely walk to the SacAnime event.
